Short Course Online Application Form

Once you have completed your online application form, please send a 500 word personal statement explaining why you wish to join this programme of studies to [email protected] for the attention of Mr. Brian Roxburgh.

A non-returnable application fee of £50 in the form of a cheque made payable to: “School of the Annunciation” if you are applying for the complete course. Or call us on 01364 645660 to pay by debit/credit card.

Or

A non-returnable application fee of £20 in the form of a cheque made payable to “School of the Annunciation” if you are applying for the four-day course alone. Or call us on 01364 645660 to pay by debit/credit card.

If you have applied only for the four-day course at this stage and decide during that course to continue for the full year, then we will amend this application form at that time and ask you to make up the difference in the fee.
